Everyone in our city deserves access to basic necessities such as housing, healthcare, education, and transportation. Systemic change is needed to achieve this goal, and we are committed to building a movement that demands justice and equity for all.

Our mission is to elect a mayor and city council who share these values and are willing to work with us to create a more just and sustainable Memphis.

People for Fairness & Justice launched the Fight For Memphis campaign because we are at a critical point for our city. We have an opportunity to elect transformative leadership that will prioritize the needs of our communities and work towards meaningful change. Our vision for Memphis goes beyond incremental changes – we envision a city that thrives on inclusivity, sustainability, and economic opportunity.
